Nail Salon | Maryland Human Longed For In Twice Sharpened At Spike Salon

ELLICOTT CITY, Md. – Howard County military are probing for a Beltsville human indicted of sharpened his separated partner and other human at an Ellicott City spike salon.

Thirty-five-year-old Tuan Minh Pham has been charged in a aver with multi-part counts of attempted murder, attack and gun offenses.

Police say the womanlike victim, 34-year-old Lan Phan of Silver Spring, had an active protecting demand against Pham.

Police say Pham arrived at the Nail and Hair Care Spa Saturday dusk and got in to a free-for-all with 40-year-old Phuong Thanh Do, a buddy of Phan's from Florida. Police say Pham shot Do and chased him in to the salon, where he then shot Phan before fleeting.

Police say Do and Phan remained in vicious condition Sunday.
