LONDON, July 27 - Luxe textile nails look set to be the ultimate direction in manicures, with Ciaté announcing a new pack that adds a matte, textured look to give nails the velvet touch.
The British spike brand, that progressing this year caused a prodigy with its caviar manicure pack comprising minuscule caviar-like pearls to emanate a 3D beaded effect, has right away voiced its velvet manicure kit, that consists of a paint pot, dejected velvet and a powdering brush accessory.
