Job title: REACH English Facilitator

Description of REACH:
REACH provides vocational practice services for Vietnam's many disadvantaged youth. REACH matches the practice to the needs of the employers and the jobs that exist in the locations where they work. Since 2004 over 6,600 young people from exposed backgrounds have graduated from this vocational practice module and are right away successfully employed.
REACH offers 3-month rigorous vocational practice in:
- Hospitality
Customer relations, Sales Marketing (CRSM)
- Information technology (Web + Graphic Design)
- Nail Art
- Housekeeping

Job purpose:
To supply the English practice so that REACH students have a simple turn of English to make them aggressive on the work market.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible to learn English conversation/communication skills to REACH students according the curriculum / broach oral English practice to REACH student
- Work with REACH unfamiliar volunteers in delivering English lessons to students
- Responsible to sustain a standardised English curriculum and hope for minute doctrine skeleton and weekly practice schedule
- Support all Technical Facilitators in the employment of students
- Support the Youth Affairs Officer with all Mobilization actions (recruiting new students, Selection Day, Home Visits)
- Support Technical Facilitators in practice REACH students on Life Skills and Work Readiness skills

Job requirements:
- Excellent English skills (oral and written)
- At smallest 1 year experience in teaching English
- Experience in practice sector, preferably in vocational training
- Good P.C. skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint are required)
- Strong group spirit
- Able to work effectively with students from disadvantaged backgrounds
- Dynamic, fervent and flexible
